JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager-Management Software Sales SELLING: Facilities and Contract Management Software SELLING TO: UK Enterprise TERRITORY: UK – Some Europe LOCATION: Home based PACKAGE: Basic: £40K – £45K, OTE: £90K + £4,000 car, pension, health.

-Established for 20 years -Privately owned -6 quarters of consecutive growth -£30 million turn over -100+ employees
YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
-A proven track record of new business software sales experience -Sold document management, Facilities, lease, asset, project or energy management solutions -New business hunter mentality -Sold solution focussed software to large enterprise clients -Track record of selling to an enterprise client base. -Comfortable closing £300K+ enterprise deals
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
-Degree educated -Sold to Government or public sector clients
ROLE INFORMATION
-100% new business into both new and existing accounts -Covering UK -Targeting companies with 100,000+ sq ft of office space and multiple assets -Selling to C / VP level business audience -Target £500k year 1 -working in a team of 3 + 5 on other portfolio solutions
