I write to record my appreciation of the recruitment package provided by the team at C.D.Sales and yourself in particular.

I use the term ‘ package ‘ because it is not just a list of ‘ possibles ‘ you provide but confidence that candidates have been properly screened and selected and have skills relevant to the proposed role.

Many organizations feel it sufficient to simply forward a list of CV’s ( whether they are suitable or not ! ) in the hope that they may just be lucky with one of them…….am I meant to do the screening ?

When I meet your candidates they match the description you have given me and I can always see why you have put them forward.

Also worthy of note is the fact that many of your candidates make comments at interview regarding your selection process and the confidence it gives them in what is often a difficult time in their careers. This is particularly relevant in economic downturns such as we are experiencing currently.
