Colin I write to record my appreciation of the recruitment package provided by the team at C.D.Sales and yourself in particular. I use the term ‘ package ‘ because it is not just a list of ‘ possibles ‘ you provide but confidence that candidates have been properly screened and selected and have skills relevant to the proposed role. Many organizations feel it sufficient to simply forward a list of CV’s ( whether they are suitable or not ! ) in the hope that they may just be lucky with one of them…….am I meant to do the screening ?
