JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager - Manchester
SELLING: Fitted Wardrobes & Fireplaces
SELLING TO: National house builders
TERRITORY: Manchester & surrounding areas.
LOCATION: M60, M6, M62 access
PACKAGE: Basic: £30K - £40K + 10K + company car + mobile + laptop + 20 days holiday

COMPANY INFORMATION- Area Sales Manager - Manchester

- Established in 1990, they are a very ambitious company, with progressive growth plans in place for the future
-Established in 1990, the now have a £5mill T/O and employ c40 people

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Area Sales Manager - Manchester

- You must have extensive knowledge of dealing with major house builders
- You will be an excellent rapport builder, highly professional and self motivated
-Will have experience in managing house builders from head office level down to site level.
-Experience in selling a product from the KBB side of the construction industry would be a distinct advantage
-You should be able to demonstrate a clear and stable career track record

ROLE INFORMATION- Area Sales Manager - Manchester

- Selling the range of bespoke wardrobes and fireplaces across the South West territory
-The role is a 60/40 split in favour of New business
-You will be dealing with major house builders, from selling at head office level to project managing at site level, ensuring my clients products are at all times specified for use
