YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- Extensive people management experience - In depth knowledge of both Primary and Secondary care in the UK - Experience setting successful sales strategies and managing P&L - A proven track record of new business generation within the Medical Industry - Degree level education
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- Experience within Continence or Urology - An MBA - Directorship experience - European market exposure
ROLE INFORMATION
- Directing the sales operations of the entire division - Directing 3 regional managers and 24 territory managers - Managing a budget of over £25 million - Setting national sales strategies - Full P&L responsibility will be yours - You will liaise at senior level with major NHS KOL’s in order to maximise sales - You will be part of European strategy meetings
