     JOB TITLE: Specialist Slate Sales Manager-Natural Slate Roofing
SELLING: Natural slate roofing
SELLING TO: Roofing merchants, contractors and specifiers
TERRITORY: M62 and North Midlands
LOCATION: Manchester
PACKAGE: Basic: £30K - £40K. OTE: £33K - £48K – fully expenses car – pension – laptop – mobile – Bupa.

- 200 roofing outlets in the UK

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

- The sales manager must have strong roofing industry experience
- This person will be a high level strategic and commercially astute individual
- The successful candidate will ideally have roofing outlet account management experience
- Someone who possesses the ability to ‘operate the branches’

ROLE INFORMATION

- The sales manager will be selling natural slate products used in roofing
- 60% account managing the existing branch accounts
- 25% selling to the end users – being the specialist roofing contractors
- 15% selling through specification dealing with architects
- A key strategic role – ensuring stock and pricing levels are negotiated
