Our client, a leading Managed Security provider, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with key clients across the UK & Europe.
JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Basingstoke
PACKAGE: Up to a £65k base + bonus + car allowance

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have customer success experience
- Must have project management/coordination experience
- Must have security experience ideally within the DLP space
- You will be self-motivated & self-sufficient
ROLE INFORMATION
- This is a Customer Success Manager role covering the EMEA region
- You will lead customer success activities
- You will run security programmes where you will define milestones and ensure they are met
- Land & expand accounts
