Sales Manager - SaaS | London, UK | £130,000 - £150,000 basic - £250,000 OTE + Car + Stock

The Role:
- Be responsible for the growth, training and development of the sales team
- Carry a personal quota which you will be expected to exceed
- Sell directly to large enterprise brands across the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as managing channel partners
- Work closely with VP EMEA to continue to grow your team
- Negotiate with multiple contact points within a business to gain the trust and buy-in of CXO
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience at C-Level selling direct with large enterprise customers
- Experience in selling SaaS
- Experience in managing a team
- Management experience in the UK
- An understanding of the skills and attributes it takes to be successful in a start-up environment
- A driven approach, determined for success
