JOB TITLE: 2nd Line Support Engineer – SaaS / Advertising / Digital
LOCATION: London

COMPANY INFORMATION
• Market dominator within their industry.
• 39 global offices.
• 5,000 customers including the likes of Lexus, Microsoft, Samsung etc.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous SaaS software support experience to external clients.
• Hands-on experience with any of the following technologies: Linux, UNIX, JSON, JavaScript, XML or MongoDB.
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
ROLE INFORMATION
• Keep customers at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the customer’s needs at all times.
• Own and track tickets within SLA’s.
• Ability to understand varied and complex product configurations and support customers through various means of communication including: email, phone, chat, forums and social media.
• Thorough understanding of the product and the ability to effectively troubleshoot, escalate issues and manage outages announcements.
• Communicate to Level 1 and level 3 teams keeping clients and management informed.
• Standard 9-5 working hours.
