This is an exciting time to join one of the fastest growing unicorn vendors in the Software market. Having already grown 150% year-on-year for the previous 5 years, the business is now entering into its final phase of growth in the build up to a potential acquisition in the next 2 years. Their market leading product is able to significantly reduce cost, eliminate risk and ensure that an Enterprise business is completely compliant. They do this like no other vendor in their space.

There are a number of Account Management positions across the business ranging from Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers, through to Enterprise Account Managers each offering a huge earning potential and great team model.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Enterprise Account Manager:
- 10+ years of successful software solution sales and account management experience
- You have a gravitas towards the C-Level with a fantastic level of engagement to maintain and build key relationships
- A proven history of being successful with stable and logical career progressions and a breakdown of overachieving on targets
- A target driven and hunter mentality to grow business and generate revenue

Senior Account Manager:
- Energetic individual with excellent communication skills
- 6+ years of Software Sales or experience in reselling licensing for an IT reseller
- A proven track record of growing accounts and up-selling / cross-selling software or services
- A team player who has experience of talking to the Board and C-Level of a business, gravitas and enthusiasm
- A hunter mentality with a passion for new business within existing accounts to drive revenue

Corporate Account Manager:
- 2+ years of software solution sales with account management experience
- In-depth and broad knowledge of the software licensing space, understanding the complexity of deals and needs from clients
- A proven track record of driving new business into accounts having been successful in overachieving on targets
- Ability to excel in a team environment with the hunger and passion to grow in experience and knowledge, and the view to progress to larger clients

ROLE INFORMATION

Enterprise Account Manager - £70,000 - £85,000 basic salary:
- You will be handed 50 Enterprise level accounts, each account will have 5,000 users and above
- These accounts will be the highest generating accounts in the business
- The key aim will be to hunt through and grow the accounts rather than farm the account
- Take ownership of an assigned territory to develop pipelines of business
- Customer engagement via face to face meetings to grow deeper and stronger relationships with existing clients
- You will cover the UK and Ireland territory

Senior Account Manager - £50,000 - £70,000 basic salary:
- Managing a mixture of 100 corporate and enterprise clients with the key aim being to grow into new areas of the account
- Securing renewals and up-selling to existing customer base in the assigned territory
- Engaging with customers and partners to performance manage and grow revenue
- The hunter mentality where you want to target key opportunities and grow accounts opposed to maintain the current revenue
- Solid analytical and negotiating skills with previous experience of regular face to face meetings with a key stakeholder in a business

Corporate Account Manager - £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary:
- Managing a large portfolio of clients with the sight to upsell and cross sell into them
- Predominantly internally focused, however you will visit clients as and when the deal needs to grow a strong relationship with the company
- This is a new business focused role where you are given a sales target to drive revenue within organisations
- Taking ownership of clients which have up to 5000 users with a varied portfolio of software licenses
- You will manage contract renewals and revenue stream utilising the partner network when needed
