The leading software company in the global shipping fleet management market, seeks a Director of Account Management to provide mentorship and manage the company's largest accounts.

JOB TITLE: Account Manager / Team Leader - Software Sales
LOCATION: Manchester
PACKAGE: £40,000 - £65,000 basic with a double OTE + Benefits


- $50m turnover business
- Client list that consists of the world's leading brands in Maritime
- 300 global employees
- Northern Europe counts towards 60% of the global business


- PTR in selling software solutions $100k - $250k
- Potential to drive sales to $600k by building strong relationships
- Up-selling and x-selling experience
- 3-5 years' experience selling Software & Services
- Ability to mentor, help with the team
- Attitude and tenacity is key
- Ability to step up into a team leadership role
- Ability to manage larger accounts


- You will be the most senior sales person in the office and work directly with the EMEA VP
- You will act as a mentor to the 5 sales people in the UK office
- As the business grows you will have the option to step up into a management role
- Manage and control the company's largest accounts based in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Holland and Belgium
- Predominately growth within these existing accounts
- 80% Account Development - up-selling both software and services
- Global Accounts with UK headquarters
- You will manage 12 accounts in total
- These accounts will consist of Global multimillion turnover accounts
- Carry a target $1.5m
- $250k average order value
- Manchester once a week
