- Ideally specified with a local authority or housing association and dealt with the Domestic Housing side within these organisations
- Sold a technical product
- Field sales experience
- Sold a construction related product at least
- Based on patch
- Motivated to be the best
- Consultative solution led salesperson

ROLE INFORMATION

- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of domestic ventilation solutions, these are point of use extract fans and positive input ventilation products
- Selling to/getting the product specified with local authorities, housing associations, main contractors and distributors
- Field/home based covering West London, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and Oxfordshire
- 75% new business focused and 25% account management
- Realistic targets
- Attending circa 4 meetings a day with ideally 2 contacts made at each meeting
