Global leader in Sealants, Adhesives, Foam and Waterproofing Products requires an Area Sales Manager to cover Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Field/home based selling into professional distributors and retailers.
A mix of account management and new business.
Excellent training, support and backup.

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager - Sealants and Adhesives - Construction
SELLING: Sealants, Adhesives, Foam and Waterproofing products
SELLING TO: Specialist distributors and stockists
TERRITORY: Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire
LOCATION: Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire
PACKAGE: £35k basic, OTE £42k, company car, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday, pension

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must have business to business field sales experience within the construction industry
- Sold via distributors
- Proven track record of success
- Structured CV with evidence of career progression
- Ideally educated to a minimum of A-level

ROLE INFORMATION

- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Sealants, Adhesives, Foam and Water Proofing products
- You are selling into what is known as the Professional Market which is specialist distributors both national and independent, these clients will typically be Glazing distributors, tools and fixings distributors, Roofline Distributors, small independents through to major nationals and some retail clients
- Covering the following postcodes - BH, BN, CV, DT, GU, OX, PO, RG, RH, SO and SP
- A mix of account management and new business
- Winning and developing new business
- To achieve agreed sales and profit targets for allocated accounts
