They are now seeking a driven sales professional to join their highly successful team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience and a proven track record in dealing with M&E Consultants and M&E contractors. There is an excellent package on offer along with a real emphasis on progression within a quality manufacturer with an excellent company culture.

JOB TITLE: Area Specification Manager - Construction
SELLING: Selling the company's range of control valve systems
SELLING TO: Selling to M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors
TERRITORY: London and the Home Counties
PACKAGE: £45k - £50k basic, OTE £60k, company car or allowance, mobile, laptop, private healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Must have technical sales experience with exposure to control valves
* Sold to M&E Contractors
* Able to talk technically with an M&E Consultant

* Can talk about flows and pressure
* Highly enthusiastic
* Resilient
* Can solution sell
* Can talk intelligently with engineers
* Articulate

ROLE INFORMATION

* Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Control Valve systems
* Selling to M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors
* This is circa 70% Contractor led
* This is a field/home based unit covering London and the Home Counties
* 50% account management and 50% new business
* This is a long sales cycle working on specification sales, selling into M&E Consultants with the quicker paced market going through M&E Contractors
* Dealing with orders that range from £5k to £500k++
* In-depth product training provided
