PACKAGE: Up to £45K Basic, OTE £100K

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A background in recruitment is ideal, as is an understanding of either the: IT, Engineering, Energy, Life Sciences or Banking & Finance sectors;
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder;
- Ability to deliver client presentations in an articulate manner;
- Track record of 'knocking the lights out' in a sales environment;
- Growing & converting sales pipeline;
- Building relationships with all stakeholders;
- Arranging and attending meetings with potential clients;
- Following sales' best practices and internal processes;
- Constantly fact finding to identify new areas for product development and business opportunities;
- Reporting accurately on sales pipeline.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be given the tools to grow a rewarding and exciting career. Tasked with helping to grow the brand within the recruitment finance market, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for developing and nurturing close relationships with our clients.
Your day to day focus:
- Identify potential clients through networking and research;
- Build a sales pipeline from hot and warm leads;
- To consult with potential clients on the benefits of the product compared with other recruitment finance products.
