A market leader in sales and progression training is in the market to grow their already successful sales team. They are looking for a strong and experienced Business Development Manager to grow new logo business cross vertical.
JOB TITLE: BDM - Sales Training
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: Up to £45K, OTE £70K Year 1
COMPANY INFORMATION
- Established 2005;
- Doubled in size year-on-year for the last 3 years;
- Turnover last year £1.7M, on target this year to do £2.5M;
- Offering leading bespoke sales training to some household brand names.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience within sales training;
- Currently working in the sales training arena;
- Looking for a growing company;
- New business hunter;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Proven presentation skills to individuals and groups;
- Self-motivated & capable of using own initiative;
- Commercial awareness;
- Flexibility;
- Ability to work as an individual but also with a team is essential.
ROLE INFORMATION
- New business focused;
- Selling sales training packages;
- Based in London daily;
- Targeting SME - Corporate clients;
- Selling to MD's, SD's, C-Level etc.
- Mine the extensive database of prospects and current/past clients, regularly contacting them to find out more about their organisation, their needs, and how we can potentially help;
- Develop issues, challenges and briefs from clients and sell them our transformational training solutions;
- Ensure quality follow-up to delegates who have recently attended the training;
- Professionally represent the business at all times.
