A leading global Tier 1 IT consultancy is looking to grow out their offshoring operations. This is a huge opportunity to join a global brand in a well-supported new logo role! You will be the driving force behind this already well-established business, selling their vendor agnostic application consultancy services.

JOB TITLE: Enterprise Business Development Manager
LOCATION: London, South East
PACKAGE: £100k Basic, £170k OTE uncapped plus full corporate benefits package

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- MUST be able to demonstrate new client acquisition in most recent role - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Consultancy sales experience
- Not from a product sales background of late
- 5+ years of technology lead sales
- Must be a solution sales person

ROLE INFORMATION

- This role will be focused on building out a parallel channel to market with a lighter European touch that will make much better use of Global Delivery Centres
- There will be strong pre-sales and proposition definition support from local practices, who are committed to working closely with this new role to secure the incremental wins needed to meet shared targets
- In this role, you will have strong support from marketing and in-house lead generation, along with exceptional backup from pre-sales and delivery resources
- You will be working on six and seven figure consulting led deals and with a target TBC
- Covering the UK as your focus, but you can also sell across Europe if you identify these opportunities
- There is currently a lot of investment happening in growing their European business through strategic investment in marketing, sales, and delivery capacity in response to increasing client demand for their services
- A number of people in their new business sales team have already passed their annual target before the halfway point of the year, and most of the rest are on track to take full advantage of the uncapped commission scheme. The top new business performer in 2016 delivered £13M against a £5M target!
