Job Description

A carrier-agnostic network managed services company is looking to continue their growth in the UK. They are an EMEA-based start-up, and are looking to hire a new Business Development Manager based out of their London office.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Network Managed Services (understand WAN, Dark fibre, MPLS, hybrid networks)
- New business hunter
- 5+ years' experience
- Value based salesperson (not price driven)
- Happy to work on small and large deals
- Fast-paced, energetic, hungry, credible

ROLE INFORMATION

- This is a new business focused sales role, however, you will be given 2 accounts to help you get up and running (90% net new business focused)
- You will be selling carrier-agnostic network managed services on a global basis
- All solutions are bespoke to each one of their clients, giving them the best proposition in an easy to manage way with them being their only point of contact on a global scale
- My client has mapped out over 50 worldwide carriers meaning they can sell on customers' requirements without favouring any carrier in particular
- You will be well-supported by marketing, internal sales and a new omni-channel marketing programme they are about to launch - these methods will roughly equate to 5 meetings a month
- You will be selling into enterprise level accounts - X-vertical (they have had huge success in the FS arena)
- The sweet spot would be a UK headquartered client that has 3 minimum worldwide locations (they tend to avoid only domestic deals as their true USP is that they offer carrier neutral services on a global scale)
- Deal values can range from £100k-£3m
