JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive - New Business
LOCATION: Richmond, Greater London
PACKAGE: £65K basic, uncapped OTE (at least x2 earning capability)

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* 3+ years' experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider
* A consultative sales approach is a must have
* Hungry (this is 80% about your attitude and your energy!)
* You must be smart, articulate and well-presented
* Experience in engaging at multiple seniority levels and building relationships to maximise opportunities
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud portfolio and experience with their licensing models is beneficial
* Being within commutable access to Richmond is preferred
* Any experience of selling to either Legal or Finance would be beneficial

ROLE INFORMATION

* Selling: Digital transformation services, GDPR compliance and data migration to the cloud
* Key vendor partners include: O365/azure, Fortinet, SilverPeak and Mimecast
* Our client has their own platform used for managing the delivery of both professional and managed services to their clients. This product gives the customer an accurate and up-to-date vision of completeness of the works they have procured
* You will be selling into the Legal and Financial Services verticals where existing reference clients include the likes of: Hogan Lovells, Owen White, Phoenix Equity Partners, plus a number of smaller private equity firms and solicitors. These are strong verticals for the solutions you are selling owing to the need for GDPR compliancy
* This role is 100% New Logo sales, retaining the accounts as you win them if you choose. Alternatively, you can pass accounts off to account managers if you prefer to focus on new logo sales
* Leads are generated for you (approximately 180 per month across the team through our client's own marketing efforts and via independent campaigns run by Microsoft on their behalf), but they are not looking for someone who will rely on these solely. You will need to be prepared to be proactive and pick up the phone to also create your own opportunities
* For the right candidate there is the opportunity for leadership once proven in the business. This is dependent on success, but there is plenty of scope to grow into sales management as the business expands
