Our client, a Gartner Quadrant Leader, is looking for a talented Contact Centre Account Executive to pitch to Heads of IT, CEO's and FD's. In this role you will work in a direct sales and overlay sales capacity, across both new logo and existing accounts.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3+ years contact centre sales experience
- Sold telecoms or SaaS solutions
- Worked 6m+ sales cycles
- Sold to corporate sized accounts upward

ROLE INFORMATION

- In this role you will work in a direct sales and overlay sales capacity (overlaying the existing AE team as the contact centre specialist), across both new logo and existing accounts
- The proposition is simple: the SaaS platform enables access to calls anywhere with an internet connection over the cloud on multiple devices with a single number. Instead of connecting phones to an on premise PBX, your phone system plugs into your router and connects across the internet to global data centres. Smart apps can then be installed on your mobile and fixed devices to become extensions of the business phone system
- This process provides a typical cost saving of over 50% to the end user over traditional PBX systems, and provides financial stability in the form of a fixed monthly cost vs. variable bills from traditional voice providers
- Target customers are businesses operating contact centres with 30+ agents
- You will be pitching to Heads of IT, CEO's and FD's
- Order values for these deals range from £20 to £35 per user, per month. Deals are typically sold over 2 year contracts
- Target is TBC
