Working in Network Automation with an exceptional leadership team / founder this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced CSM to take their career to the next level.

 

JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager – Network focused

LOCATION: London, Munich

PACKAGE: Leading industry - Basic between £70,000 – £90,000 + commission + car allowance + bens

Customers include the likes of: BT/ RBS / IBM / Rolls Royce / NASA

 

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

- 3 – 5 + years of enterprise Customer Success Experience

- Networking experience Is an advantage

- Must have Saas experience

- Must have supported an IT based product

- If based in Germany must speak fluent German

- Team player with experience in a small team / growing company

 

ROLE INFORMATION

 

  • Post sales responsibilities 
  • Technical evangelist after implementation
  • Working closely with customers from a technical and commercial standpoint and be able to deal with customer issue
  • Drive detailed discovery sessions
  • Participate in creating value driven business cases
  • Supporting European customers
  • High Touch approach – you will be working and supporting my clients most important customers (5-10 tier 1,2 customers)
