Being one of the challengers within the Robotic Process Automation space, they are constantly looking to grow their technical Pre and Post sales teams worldwide. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* 2-3 years customer facing support or implementation experience
* Must have strong software configuration experience
* Don't need to be a coder but scripting experience would be a bonus
* Must have experience working for a software vendor
* Must come from an IT based product not a business product - good technologies would be RPA, BPM, AppDev, DevOps, ITSM, Automation
* Must have a desire to learn new technologies and want to be a part of a fast-growing company
* Must have Enterprise success experience

ROLE INFORMATION

The Technical Customer Services Expert will work closely with my client's enterprise customers on product deployments, and will be there to ensure delivery and outstanding technical support, remotely as well as on-site.

* Post-sales responsibilities - this will be 50% implementation focused and 50% post-sales support focused
* Technical evangelist after implementation for certain support issues
* Supporting European customers
* Design and develop content for clients
* Be hands-on and provide product installation and implementation
