Job Title: Customer Success Director
Location: Munich
Salary: Base up to €140,000, variable and commission, benefits and stock options

Company: Est 10 years, San Francisco HQ, Gartner & Forrester leader across multiple categories, their technology has completely reshaped the marketing technology ecosystem and now have an IPO on their horizon after a decade of significant growth
Role: Managing a team of 10-15 CSMs who run a split of Mid Market / Enterprise accounts whilst looking to make a direct impact on both customer retention and total bookings growth across the teams portfolio.
Key Criteria: Platform Success experience, have worked for a ServiceNow, SalesForce, Workday, Adobe etc. Along with 5+ years managing a Customer Success team
