JOB TITLE: Customer Success Engineer - Hyper-growth AI Software Vendor
PACKAGE: Up to £110K base, bonus and fantastic stock

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum 5 years as a Customer Success Engineer or Customer Operations Engineer
* Working knowledge of Python, Scala or Java
* Extensive Big Data technology exposure to the likes of: Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Hive, Flink, Kubernetes, etc
* Strong technical aptitude with a desire to learn new things and has demonstrated such behaviour
* Willing to travel up to 50% of your time
* A pure post-sales role, you will be the face of the company to your assigned customers
* Whilst you're responsible for both renewals and customer satisfaction, this role will also see you as the first technical point of contact for any support, training or adoption issue that may arise
* Extensive internal and external stakeholder management
