JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager - The market transforming employee advocacy platform

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 3+ years Customer Success / Account Management experience
* Exceptional relationship building skills - proven track record as a trusted advisor to the customer
* Strong technical acumen
* Strong understanding of SaaS technology (digital software is a plus)
* You are the champion of the customer, ensuring their successful on boarding
* You will instantly build rapport and ensure the customer gains maximum ROI with their use of the platform, then continue to monitor customer usage of the platform and educate where necessary
* You will also continuously look for upsell opportunities and look to grow the customer's usage of the platform across the entire business
