JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager - Salesforce Gold Partner
LOCATION: London - office-based contract
PACKAGE: Open on salary - will pay DOE, basic + 15% bonus + benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years minimum experience working and supporting enterprise customers from a SaaS vendor
- Customer Success experience is a MUST
- MUST speak French
- MUST understand Salesforce integrations - admin level would be a big advantage
- Experience with tracking / location technology or field service management / workforce management would be a bonus
ROLE INFORMATION
- Post-sales responsibilities
- Technical evangelist after implementation
- Working closely with customers from a technical and commercial standpoint and be able to deal with customer issues
- Drive detailed discovery sessions
- Participate in creating value driven business cases
- Supporting European customers
- High-touch approach - you will be working and supporting my client's most important customers
