Our client, a VC-backed software start-up company with global reach, is looking to grow their EMEA CSM team! This is a leading call intelligence software that enables larger enterprises to understand and find out why and who is calling their business. This technology also allows you to measure which marketing channels generate calls, giving you complete insight into every touch point of your customer's journey...although my client is well respected within the market and has been a leading vendor for quite some time, they are still in a very high and exciting growth phase!

JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: London, South East
PACKAGE: £60,000-£80,000 basic + 20% bonus

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3-5 years of Customer Success experience
- Will look at CSM's with leadership experience
- Must understand the technical aspects to the CSM position so just the sales aspect
- Must understand SaaS model
- MUST have a proven track record of growing enterprise sales teams
- Sales trained would be ideal (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Experience with handling 10-20 enterprise accounts

ROLE INFORMATION

In 2016 my client was yet to have a CSM team. They now have a successful team of 8 - there is a mixture of younger talent and more experienced heads, and now the Customer Success teams are some of the most valuable and noticed teams within the organisation.

- Post-sales responsibilities
- Technical evangelist after implementation
- Working closely with customers from a technical and commercial standpoint and be able to deal with customer issues
- Drive detailed discovery sessions
- Participate in creating value driven business cases
- Supporting European customers
- High Touch approach - you will be working and supporting my client's most important customers
