Job Description

A leading ecommerce vendor is looking to add a rock star Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to take ownership of their massive enterprise brand clients. Managing contract values in the millions, you will be given the opportunity to develop deep relationships with select clients and be an integral part in defining ecommerce strategy to the world's brands.

JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
PACKAGE: £70k + bonus and great benefits


* With a strong global presence their customer base sits in the thousands
* They have transformed the ecommerce space and created a market for themselves
* Having built strong partnerships with both their retail customers and leading third party ecommerce platforms, these guys are here to stay!


* Must have at least 5 years account management experience within a SaaS technology or agency environment
* Strong understanding of ecommerce & marketing strategies and landscape is essential
* Experience managing contract values well into the six figures is hugely beneficial
* A second European language would be of benefit


* Customer centric account management role to empower customers in their best use of the platform
* Constantly innovating and finding new ways to deliver value to the customers
* Strong focus on relationship building across multiple senior execs in the world's most exciting brands
* Be a subject matter expert on ecommerce and marketing; you will be a critical asset for the customer as they define their ecommerce strategy
