JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: London/Basingstoke
PACKAGE: Up to £65,000 Basic + Bonus (up to £20k)

* Must have a strong understanding of SaaS and how annual revenue works
* Ideally come from Forbes cloud100/pre-IPO vendor
* Must have enterprise experience
* Must have track record of providing exceptional customer support


* You'll be a part of the customer experience division within the professional services organisation
* You'll be in a team of 20 (EMEA)
* You'll be responsible for mapping a book of business within an account (Strategic Planning)
* Approximately managing 20-30 enterprise accounts
* 50/50 client site/homebased
* Full onboarding training in Utah
* 1-2 days travel outside of the UK per month (EMEA)
* You need to be an A-Player
