This is a chance for a Customer Success expert with enterprise experience to join the world's largest dev platform company for web / mobile / app testing!! This company will allow you to develop yourself within the testing space by engaging with a world-class team and clients!!

JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager - Testing
LOCATION: London / Home Counties (homebased) 
PACKAGE: Open on salary - will pay DOE. Basic + bonus + stock options + benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3 years minimum experience working and supporting an enterprise customer from a SaaS vendor
- Experience of Customer Success / Pre-Sales would be preferred
- Experience from within testing would be a big advantage
- Other related technology backgrounds that would be good: Monitoring, DevOps, Software Development
- Must have previous experience working at C-level
- Understanding of basic scripting - Java, C#, ruby

ROLE INFORMATION

- Post-sales responsibilities
- Technical evangelist after implementation
- Working closely with customers from a technical and commercial standpoint and be able to deal with customer issues
- Drive detailed discovery sessions
- Participate in creating value driven business cases
- Supporting European customers
- High Touch approach - you will be working and supporting my clients most important customers
