JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager - Data Science Social Media Analytics Vendor

PACKAGE: £60k base + bonus & benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 3+ years Customer Success / Account Management experience
* 3+ years SaaS experience
* Passion for Social Media and its uses in the enterprise
* A relentless can-do attitude
ROLE INFORMATION
* Establish and maintain client relationships as the key point of contact, overseeing all client interaction
* Lead the education around best practises for the customer to maximise ROI
* Champion the customers' needs internally across various teams
* Gather feedback on the use of the platform & make recommendations to the product teams
