They are looking to build out their own Support team with a number of Customer Support Advocates. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Degree educated
* Previous Support experience preferred
* Exceptional English language skills
* Personable with strong client facing skills
ROLE INFORMATION
* First point of contact for any customer support query
* Work with customers via email response & working alongside them to resolve issues
* Document all service requests
* Escalate requirements when needed
* Get involved with the ins and outs of the platform, providing recommendations to the development team on how best to go about improving for the future
