We are currently working with one of THE most exciting Storage Vendors on the planet. This company is winning customers off of all their competition due to their ground-breaking storage product. They provide an integrated solution to store, protect and access all enterprise files. They are doing Storage differently to traditional vendors and now is the PERFECT time to be joining them as they went through 200% growth last year, with similar results expected next year.

JOB TITLE: Customer Support Engineer
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: Base £65K + Bonus + Benefits (all dependent on current level)

COMPANY INFORMATION

- Pre-IPO Software Defined Storage software vendor
- 200% growth last year
- Boston based HQ
- Circa 200+ employees worldwide (plans to double in size next year)
- VC funded (large round of funding just came in)
- Record year since inception (2009)

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must have strong server support experience
- Must be very strong around windows / active directory
- Must have strong client facing experience
- Must be level 3 support

ROLE INFORMATION

- You will join a team of 3 in the UK with 2 people doing this currently
- This role is an office based job
- You will be the highest line of support and work closely with my client's top tier customers
- You will be working with ground-breaking technology and some of the most influential tech leaders in the Storage space
