JOB TITLE: Cyber Security Managed Services Business Development Director

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 5+ years' experience selling cyber security solutions and services
- Proven track record of identifying and closing £250k+ revenue services deals
- Best practice strategic professional solutions led sales person
- Ideally sold into Retail, Finance or Public Sector

ROLE INFORMATION

- In this role you will have the ability to leverage the clout of a leading UK systems integrator, whilst providing an award-winning personable and professional service
- Partnering with the likes of CheckPoint, LogRhythm, F5, PaloAlto, Cisco and Fortinet with various awards for selling these vendor products
- With highly certified and accredited technical resources, you will provide customers with product and support, professional services, project management, consulting, and fully managed services
- You will be reporting into a highly credible new management team with a proven track record of growing sales teams and sales revenues within IT organisations
- Typical deals are in the region of £50k GM with the focus on larger multiyear managed services deals rather than product
- Typically working across the UK private sector on 500+ employee opportunities in particular financial, retail and professional services, however a lot of success is now coming from the public sector with central and local government, healthcare, education and blue light
- This is a gain and retain new business role with vast overlay opportunities across the business. You will be given 4 or 5 key accounts to manage. These clients will have purchased a product from the business historically, your job will be to sell consultancy and managed services pitching to their C-Suite, including CISOs and Risk Compliance Managers, as a cyber security SME. You will be expected to deliver a minimum of 30% YoY growth in spend within these accounts and a 90%+ renewal rate
- Appointments will be set for you by telemarketers, and you will receive support from a marketing division, vendor leads and vendor sponsored events
- You will manage the entire sales cycle from qualification, proposal build, and contract negotiations through to completion and hand over to the Project and Transition teams
- Target £750k GM
- Top sales people here earn £200k+
