KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 2 years+ sales management experience
- Experience selling IT professional services consulting around business intelligence / data analytics / data migrations
- Proven track record of leading from the front sales management

ROLE INFORMATION

- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a heavily funded, market leading provider of BI and analytics professional services in a sales management role
- You will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the data management practice
- You will carry a personal and team target, managing 2 external and 2 internal sales people
- The team is 100% new business focused and operates with strong support from dedicated functions in marketing, lead generation, bid management and pre-sales
- Typically projects will range from 10 to 200 days at £800 per day, leading to larger contract consultancy services deals
- Margins are typically 50%
- Full responsibilities include:
* Manage, drive, coach and inspire the team to success
* Manage the full sales engagement from lead discovery, development, closure and delivery
* Manage RFIs, RFPs, and Invitations to Tender
* Work closely with delivery teams to continuously develop market strategy
* Work with pre-sales and the Professional Services team to develop pre-sales opportunities
* Conduct regular KPI meetings with the team
* Recruit new sales staff as appropriate
