JOB TITLE: Domestic Specification Manager - Construction
SELLING: Manufactured Domestic Ventilation Solutions
SELLING TO: Architects, Specifiers, Engineers, M&E Contractors, House Builders, Housing Authorities and Local Authorities
PACKAGE: £35k, OTE £50k, company car, 20 days holiday, pension, laptop, mobile


- As a business, they manufacture and distribute ventilation systems
- Great name in the market
- Huge backing and support


- Must have great domestic/social housing experience
- Ventilation sales experience is preferred but not essential
- You must have proof of stability working in domestic for periods of time
- Instant relationship builder
- Happy to cover large territory
- Articulate
- Access to High Wycombe for 2 weeks of initial training


- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of domestic ventilation solutions
- Selling into Architects, House Builders, Specifiers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities
- Your role is a mixture of new business and account management
- Initial 2 weeks training in High Wycombe
- Excellent number of incoming leads
- Support of a stable team
- Home/field based role
- Ongoing training and support
