KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Must have extensive experience within Data Analytics technology such as: BI (Business Intelligence), Data Warehousing, Hadoop, Apache, Big Data, NoSQL, etc.
* 5 years' minimum Pre-Sales Management experience of teams in excess of 10 in team size
* Willing to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region

ROLE INFORMATION

* Manage and develop the team of Pre-Sales Engineers across the EMEA region
* Ensure customers are consistently delighted with the Pre-Sales engagement
* Hiring top talent to expand an already successful team
* Partner with Sales Directors to ensure sales reps are adequately resourced
* Own the on-boarding, training and mentoring of new hires
