Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive (Progression to VP Northern Europe)
Location: Remotely based in UK (flexible on location)
Salary: Base up to £120,000 - £240,000 OTE (Uncapped), Stock Options
Technology: Gartner Leading Martech Platform for three consecutive years
Funding: $70m total funding, currently at Series B
Company: HQ in NA, this business has recently hired a new rockstar CRO and VP EMEA (the latter through CD) to steer them to an eight-figure exit in three years. The CRO worked is part of an incredible lineage of MEDDIC forecasting sales leaders. He has led multiple vendors to billion dollar exits and consistently built teams of million-dollar earning reps. He joined less than a year ago and they’ve already seen 700% growth across the business. You’ll be one of the first Enterprise reps in EMEA but you’ll already be armed with a handful of case studies of seven figure spending EMEA enterprise clients. The comp plan is built to create seven figure P60’s and you’ll be earmarked to lead northern Europe as the team scales from a handful to more than twenty over the next twelve months.
Role: This is a cross vertical net new business role focussing on flagship enterprise accounts. Scope to run Northern Europe in twelve months’ time.
Key Criteria: Ideal profile is MEDDIC trained. Coming from Martech is a plus but not essential, they are open to any SaaS background. Intelligence, character, coachability and track record. First person in territory experience is a plus. Strong PG acumen is essential.
