We have an exciting new role open for an Enterprise level Pre-Sales Engineer. You will join a privately-owned software vendor with multiple global brands logos, proven technology and an amazing work culture. This is a rare opportunity to also have a degree of account management and customer success. This is a UK and European role within the IT and Systems Monitoring Technology.
JOB TITLE: Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer - IT Monitoring and Management Software
LOCATION: London / Berkshire
PACKAGE: Basic to £75,000 + 20% + Share Scheme + Strong Benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You must have some exposure to Enterprise grade Pre-Sales Engineering and Customer Success, and be happy to carry on with a hybrid role with the focus on Pre-Sales Engineering
- Proven track record of working on complex enterprise grade deals
- Have a broad appreciation of enterprise applications, APIs, Infrastructure and the common challenges faced when trying to get visibility or management of them
- Desire to work for a privately-owned company and prepared to be an integral member of the team
- Strong written and verbal communication to perform accurate demonstrations, discovery and POC meetings
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
ROLE INFORMATION
- Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer with some Customer Success and Account Management
- Supporting the Enterprise level engagements focused on solving IT Management, Systems, Application Management and fault resolution
- You will need some access to the Berkshire office to meet and be with the team
- Cross vertical with strength in the Fintech, Gov and IT sectors
