Enterprise Software Sales Manager required for a recognised industry leader. This is a lucrative Enterprise Management opportunity for an experienced enterprise software leader, hungry to earn huge commission cheques with market leading products. If you can handle a fast paced, dynamic organisation in a state of hyper growth, and have a passion for sales coupled with a deep understanding of IT, this is the opportunity for you. There are currently 3 enterprise sales guys in the team with aggressive plans to continue growing.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 5+ years sales management experience in software
- PTR in Coaching, Performance Improving Plans, People Management, Deal strategy, Account Planning
- Hands-on Sales Manager
- Coached Sales teams through complex business led sales
- Closed large complex deal from an individual perspective to Tier 1 Enterprise clients, 3000+ employees
- Managed individuals that have sold to line of business
- Managed individuals that have sold to multiple points of contact
- Application or Infrastructure backgrounds

ROLE INFORMATION

- Managing a mixture of New Business and Account Development sales people
- Hands-on Sales Manager role where you will be expected to lead from the front and sell with your enterprise guys
- You will be expected to sell with the enterprise guys for up to 50% of your time
- Targeting Enterprise Accounts with 3000+ employees
- Currently 70-80 established Enterprise Accounts
- Sales team will cover a geographic area, given around 100 target accounts each
- Target $750k-$1.0m per person
- AOV £200k+
- Largest £900k
- Sales cycles 3 months to 2 years
- Very strong support: internal marketing, lead generation teams, warm incoming leads, strong pre-sales, solutions architects, onsite PR team, implementation team, strong account management team, tax and accountant specialists
