Having already grown 150% year-on-year for the previous 5 years, the business is now entering into its final phase of growth in the build up to a potential acquisition in the next 2 years. Their market leading product is able to significantly reduce cost, eliminate risk and ensure that an Enterprise business is completely compliant. They do this like no other vendor in their space.

There are a number of New Business positions across the business ranging from SMB Sales Reps, Corporate Sales Executives, through to Senior Enterprise Account Executives, each offering a huge earning potential and great team model.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Senior Enterprise Sales Representative:
- New Business Hunter with the high energy to drive new business
- You will be a seasoned professional within the enterprise arena, you will have gravitas in front of the board and C-level suite
- Energy and enthusiasm
- 10+ years of experience within the Software Licensing space with a broad knowledge of the complexity within enterprise software licenses
- A proven track record of overachieving on annual quotas within a specified territory
- Superb presentation, verbal, and written skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas across a wide range of audience levels

Corporate Sales Representative:
- Experienced professional with a demonstrable track record in IT Software Sales, plus previous experience of selling to middle sized organisations
- 6+ years in Software Licensing with a knowledge of the complexity behind enterprise software
- A passion for IT software sales with a hunger to drive new business
- Ability to follow a sales process to follow a structure and methodology
- Regular access to office

SMB Sales Representative:
- Driven, passionate, energetic team player with a desire for hunting new business
- 3+ years within IT Software Sales role with a proven track record of overachieving on annual sales quotas
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to follow a sales methodology and process
- Excellent communication skills, you know what to say and how to say it to bring forward a sales process
- Outgoing, smart, active, fun
- Regular access to office

ROLE INFORMATION

Senior Enterprise Sales Role - £80,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits:
- You will be responsible for generating new business cross vertically into Enterprise clients
- You will assume overall responsibility of your designated territory incorporating customer relationship managers, business development and marketing partners
- You will effectively engage and build cross-functional and cooperative relationships to ensure a strategic go-to-market plan is involved
- Work closely with partners to sell with and through
- Selling to multiple stakeholders of the business including the office of finance and IT
- Overachieve on annual quota to maintain the organisation's continued growth
- Updating the VP sales on progress
- Participate in trade show events, workshops and seminars to create brand awareness for the company
- You will target organisations with 5000+ employees or over

Corporate Sales Role - £50,000 - £80,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits:
- You will be responsible for rapidly expanding your assigned territory by utilising all available resources around you
- New Business focused
- Targeting organisations with 251 - 4999 employees
- Working closely with the SMB Team Leader
- Effectively engage and build internal relationships to deliver the best service delivery to customers
- Generate new business by following up on generated leads from the marketing and new business team
- Work closely with partners to sell with and through
- Build business cases towards customer's specific needs, demonstrating the unique proposition of the product

SMB Sales Role - £30,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits:
- The ability to represent the brand to a diverse prospect of clients
- New Business focused
- Regularly review and adjust budget strategies based on shifts within the technology landscape
- Manage and deliver on KPIs for your given territory to grow the brand's business within the region
- You will build deeper, more strategic and sustainable relationships with customers
- Work closely with partners to sell with and through
- Independently target companies up to 250 employees
- Overachieve on annual quota to maintain the organisation's continued growth
