JOB TITLE: Global Support Manager - SaaS / Advertising / Digital
PACKAGE: Up to £80K Base and Other Fantastic Benefits
* Market dominator within their industry.
* 39 global offices.
* 5000 customers including the likes of Lexus, Microsoft, Samsung etc.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven track record in managing a Software Support team across multiple offices in different countries.
* Proven track record of improving communications to both internal and external clients.
* Proven track record of rolling out new initiatives when it comes to upskilling existing technical support talent, both in technical understanding and soft skills.
* Proven track record of assessing current policies, processes, procedures and improving upon these to strive for further customer satisfaction.
* Deliver continuous improvement in Customer Support team knowledge and ability to resolve issues.
* Accountable for monitoring, reporting and following up on reoccurring issues to ensure the source cause is resolved.
* Manage performance and development of the team through coaching and mentoring.
* Department-wide responsibility, including monitoring, for the ongoing operation and adherence to mandatory Security and Quality Policies and Procedures.
