Job Description

Our client, an exciting disruptive systems integrator, currently has a unique Networking Sales Manager opportunity. This company has a huge number of existing clients that need a Sales Manager to come in and upsell/cross-sell across their full portfolio.

JOB TITLE: Head of Sales - Networking
LOCATION: Homebased - Ideally South West/M4 Corridor
PACKAGE: £75k base, £150k OTE uncapped

- £400m turnover
- 2,500 staff
- Significant growth expected in 2017/2018 with huge emphasis being put on the enterprise team
- Recent notable wins include £150m TCV and several other £20m+
- Microsoft Gold and AWS Premier Partner, one of Cisco's leading European Partners


- Must have management experience and developed a sales team
- Access to the South West at least 1 day a week
- Open on technology
- Worked for a national company preferably with multiple offices


- This role reports into the Head of the Business Unit who runs a successful division turning over £150m
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Account Managers with headcount to grow this to 7
- Your team is responsible for selling hosted PBX, Sip Trunks, Fixed Lines, Managed WANs, Leased Lines, O365 and backup
- There are currently circa 600 accounts in the business unit - of which your team is responsible for managing 200 (the rest are managed by a desk-based Account Manager)
- You will need to push new business into the existing accounts
- The team is currently sitting at 94% YTD and should be 105% by the end of the quarter
- Example customers that your team are responsible for include: Worldpay, OneStop, RNLI and Devon Doctors
- You will be responsible for managing, inspiring, leading, coaching and mentoring the team
