JOB TITLE: Head of Service Operations - Market transforming Fintech vendor
LOCATION: United Kingdom
PACKAGE: Base: £85k + bonus + benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Management experience within a Services organisation
* Strong understanding of the Ecommerce stack
* Strong skills around virtualisation technologies & an understanding of ITIL processes
* Sitting at the helm of a large services team, you will be responsible for both the deployment and day-to-day operations of the customer environments
* Grow the team and provide training for existing team members
* Ensure 100% uptime of the customer's digital presence
* Serve as an escalation point to resolve customer issues
* You will get involved in testing new technologies to improve the existing stack and will act as a decision maker through the buying process
