A leading social engagement vendor is looking to add to their delivery team due to an ever-growing customer base, which consists of some of the largest retailers & car manufacturing businesses in the world. JOB TITLE: Implementation Consultant - Leading Social Engagement vendor

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have 2+ years' experience in a customer facing professional services role
- Must be able to query SQL databases
- Solid understanding of front end web technologies (Javascript / HTML/ CSS) - No need to code!
- Any project management experience will be a huge plus
ROLE INFORMATION
- Full end-to-end ownership of delivery of the project and working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
- You will be able to gain some pre-sales experience getting involved through the sales process for their larger clients
- Predominantly office based with some UK travel (rarely)
