The HOTTEST Pre-IPO Social Software Platform is looking to hire an exceptional Implementation Consultant. You will join their EMEA team with a focus on being the lead consultant for their enterprise clients. This is a role with extremely high visibility to VP and C level executives, with success in the role providing the opportunity for incredible progression within the company! KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* 3+ years SaaS Software Implementation (ideally within the Social space)
* Must have a passion for Social Media and the Social Space
* Must have experience with international implementations / rollouts
* Great project management skills (certification is a plus!)
* Fluency in English & a second European language
* Previous Management experience is of interest

ROLE INFORMATION

* You will be performing the implementations for the customer's partaking in phone interactions and face to face meetings
* You will be involved in the requirements gathering around the implementation and project management of the platform
* You will develop a deep understanding of the industry along with understanding best practises, business goals, and you will apply this knowledge and help the customers understand the power of Social Media in providing business value and ROI
* You will lead training of the customers and various stakeholders in their business on the usage of the platform ensuring best practises
* Maintain and develop relationships with the customer ensuring customer satisfaction
* 30-50% travel
