This is a great opportunity to join the London office of this global leader in their space, managing their team and launching a brand new product into the market. This company has been very successful historically and need YOU to manage the internal sales team and drive them towards their KPI's, building a culture of achievement and overachievement. You will own the team number and have the opportunity to launch a new platform cloud from some best of breed acquisitions.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- You will have previously sold SaaS and have moved from A-player into a management role
- 5+ years selling software with a minimum of 3 with some management/leadership experience
- You will know the UK market and be comfortable with C-suite conversations
- You must have experienced a process driven structured business, you will be driving all of your team's KPI's
- Inspiring to a dynamic and engaged workforce with relentless energy
- A true team leader, you are growing, developing and coaching all at the same time

ROLE INFORMATION

- Pure management opportunity, responsible for a team of 8 AE's - tasked with more than doubling this and developing the team
- Metrics driven; inspiring your team to hit their targets, KPI's and to deliver on their individual quotas
- 50/50 split in terms of selling and management - you will be responsible for development, 1-2-1 training, motivating your team and being targeted on the team number
- Your team will be selling to the office of the CMO
- Reporting into the UK Regional Director
