Genuine £200k+ earning opportunity! This is an IT Cloud Services Account Director role for a leading, highly accredited start-up firm specialising in cloud services and selling IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Our client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking salespeople to start ASAP.

JOB TITLE: IT Cloud Services Account Director
LOCATION: Homebased
PACKAGE: £80k base, £160k OTE, plus stock


- Pre-IPO
- Established 5 years
- Turnover £60m
- 200 employees with aggressive continued growth plans
- Doubled year-on-year over the past 3 years
- 2 impressive UK offices in the South East


- Strategic account developer and/or new business hunter
- Strong understanding of the technical infrastructure stack
- Conceptually technical i.e. able to understand and articulate their PaaS/IaaS proposition
- From a cloud managed services or tools background (i.e. middleware / software development, etc.)
- Hardworking and energetic
- Good case studies of work


- Having capitalized on a unique window of opportunity to take advantage of significant public sector spend on IT Cloud Services, the business is perfectly placed and has the highest level of security classification to be able to sell these cloud services into the Public Sector
- You will be tasked with generating new business within a small number of Central Government accounts that have been mandated by the cabinet office to move into the Cloud. Within these accounts there are many sub departments to go after, and they need educating on how to securely move into the cloud through the official channels
- You will be selling IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- You will be pitching to CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors and IT Managers
- Deal sizes can start at £10k consultancy in order to get on the platform and go from there, leading to deals up to and above £2m
- Most deals are sold on 2-3 year contracts as per G-Cloud requirements
- Targeted on £1.6m revenue of new business either from existing or new accounts (with a £2k bonus for every new logo brought into the business)
