Job Description

This is an IT Cloud Services Partner/Channel sales role for a leading, highly accredited start-up firm specialising in cloud services and selling Iaas, Paas, and Saas.

JOB TITLE: IT Cloud Services Partner/Channel Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Homebased - Ideally South East
PACKAGE: £75k base, £150k OTE UNCAPPED plus corporate benefits package

COMPANY INFORMATION

- Pre-IPO
- Established 5 years
- Turnover £60m
- 200 employees with aggressive continued growth plans
- Doubled year-on-year over the past 3 years
- 2 impressive UK offices in the South East

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Any technology sales background, as long as you are conceptually technical (i.e. you can get your head around what they sell and you are happy with a high level technical sale)
- New Business hunter profiles (unless you have strong partner relationships which you can use to open doors)
- Experience of working MSP/Reseller Channel relationships
- Hardworking and energetic (ambitious, strong work ethic, point to prove!)
- 5+ years sales experience
- Ideally some Public Sector experience

ROLE INFORMATION

- Partner Account Director to manage new and existing MSP and reseller with a focus in the Public Sector
- The pedigree of the business is very much in Central Government and Defence with clients such as the MOD, MOJ, DWP and many more. As they grow they are also diversifying in the business into other Public Sector areas such as Local Authorities, Education, Blue Light and Healthcare
- Deal sizes can start at £10K for some initial consultancy in order to get customers onto the platform. This will then lead onto TCV deals of up to and above £2M
- Most deals are sold on 2-3 year contracts
- End user deals are pitched to CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors and IT Managers
- You will be selling the company's IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Targets are to be confirmed and will depend on the role and your previous experience
