JOB TITLE: IT Network Security Services Sales Manager
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £65k base, £130k OTE, plus benefits

- Half of the company went on a half year trip to Barcelona recently and will be going to San Tropez at the end of the year all expenses paid
- Currently the only independent Managed Security Services organisation under £50m turnover, which results in them being more attentive and therefore having closer relationships with their customers
- As early adopters of security services, they have vast experience and have stayed ahead of the game in the ever changing hot topic of security, employing market leading technical experts

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven track record as a manager / team leader
- Sold IT services solutions
- Ability to lead from the front in new business hunter and/or account manager
- Access to Canary Wharf
- Ideally sold IT Network Security

ROLE INFORMATION

- This is a market leading business for designing and integrating secure IT network infrastructures, delivering secure performance on any device - anywhere, any time
- The business has built and secured domestic, European, and global IT networks for some of the UK's best known organisations, all managed from their own state of the art secure operations centre in Canary Wharf
- Owing to success and continued growth, there is now a requirement to recruit a sales manager to either head up a team of 5 new business hunters and/or a team of 5 account managers both internally and externally based
- You will carry a team target plus a small individual sales target
- You and your team will be well supported by pre-sales and marketing. The business regularly takes their clients for drinks and to sporting events to build relationships, increase business and generate referral opportunities
- You and your team will be responsible for selling across the full portfolio of managed security services and networking solutions, from a state of the art fully owned and managed London SOC. The solutions include:
* Integration, Engineering and Professional Services
* Designing, delivering and optimising secure communication networks
* Safeguarding information, controlling risk and simplifying management
* Network and Security Management as a Service delivering around the clock visibility, control, and assurance across IT network and security infrastructure
- Deals will typically start with consultancy in order to crack accounts and develop them into managed services customers
- Deal sizes will range from £20K up to £2M, average circa £200K
- Conversion rates over 50%
- Key technology partners include HP, Cisco, PaloAlto, Riverbed and more
- People in the sales team are rewarded with a £10K pay rise each year for achieving their annual sales targets. Last year 9 of the 10 in the sales team achieved this. Furthermore, for every new logo brought on worth more than £10K, sales people will receive an extra £1K on top of their commission. The sales team won 20 new logos last year and 15 of them met this criteria
